We specialise in sourcing and supplying only the highest-quality Japanese koi. Our selection process is extremely rigorous — we personally hand-pick and carefully grow top-grade fish from the best bloodlines across all major 

varieties.

Whether you’re looking for promising young tosai to grow on, high-quality nisai, or stunning show-grade fish, we can help you find exactly what you’re 

looking for. All fish are available for viewing by 

appointment, and we’re always happy to provide detailed photos and videos.

Biosecurity & Health First

Koi health is at the heart of everything we do. 

We maintain exceptionally high biosecurity 

standards by working exclusively with reputable UK importers who follow strict quarantine protocols.

In addition to the importers quarantine process, every new arrival at NT Koi, undergoes our own 

rigorous 3–4 week quarantine process, including a controlled heat ramp, full health checks, skin scrapes, and close monitoring. 

Only once they have passed all stages are they moved into our main stock ponds, where they 

continue to receive scheduled parasite treatments.

This meticulous approach ensures every koi we 

supply is healthy, strong, and ready to thrive in your pond.

14-Day Health Adjustment Period

We understand that koi often need time to settle into a new environment. That’s why we offer full after-sales support for every fish we sell.

For the first 14 days after purchase, we’re here to help with any questions or concerns you may have while your koi adjusts to its new home. 

Please don’t hesitate to call or message us — we’re happy to advise on water parameters, feeding, behaviour, or any other settling-in issues they may have.

Non-Return Policy

To protect the high biosecurity standards of our facility, we are unable to 

accept fish back once they have left our premises. We therefore ask that you are fully confident in your pond setup and water quality before purchase. 

We provide full support during the 14-day adjustment period to help everything go smoothly
